Synchronizing Web Orders with Sage Evolution 200 ERP

Last Updated: May 17, 2026 8 Views

Connecting your web application to Sage Evolution 200 ERP ensures that your sales, inventory, and accounting data remain perfectly aligned in real-time.

How the Integration Works
Our integration engine acts as a secure bridge between your web-facing application and your internal Sage database. When a customer places an order online, the system automatically pushes the transaction data directly into the corresponding Sage tables.

  • Invoices & Quotes: Web orders are automatically mapped to the INVNUM table to generate official Sage invoices.
  • Line Items: Individual cart items are securely written to the Sales Order Lines table to ensure accurate ledger accounting.

Understanding Inventory Syncing (QtyAvailable)
If you notice a discrepancy between what your web application says is in stock versus what Sage shows, please note our specific syncing logic:
The web application exclusively reads the "QtyAvailable" field from Sage to determine if an item can be purchased. It does NOT use the "QtyOnHand" field, as QtyOnHand often includes stock that is physically in the warehouse but already reserved or allocated to pending sales orders.

Troubleshooting Sync Errors
If orders are failing to push to Sage, please check your ERP server's connection to the web application. Ensure that your firewall is allowing traffic on the designated API ports, and verify that your Sage Agent credentials have not expired.
