Maintaining secure access to your client portal and applications is a critical priority. We recommend that account owners regularly audit who has access to their systems.
Password Resets
If a team member is locked out, they can use the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen. This will dispatch a secure, time-sensitive reset token to their registered email address. For security reasons, our support engineers cannot manually view or change passwords for you.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
We strongly advise enabling Two-Factor Authentication via your Edit Profile page. This adds an essential layer of security, requiring a temporary code from an authenticator app (like Google Authenticator or Authy) alongside your standard password.
Account Transfers & Staff Departures
If a key staff member leaves your organization, please log a support ticket immediately. Our team can assist you in transferring account ownership, updating the primary billing email address, or safely revoking access to prevent unauthorized logins.
